What file formats do you accept for custom designs?

We accept high-resolution image files including PNG, JPG, PDF, and vector files (AI, EPS, SVG). For best results, please provide vector files or high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI).

How long does production take?

Standard production time is 3-5 business days after design approval. Rush orders may be available - please contact us for details.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I see a proof before production?

Yes! We'll send you a digital proof for approval before we start production. Please review it carefully as changes cannot be made once production begins.

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please review your design proof carefully before approving.

How do I care for my rubber stamp?

Keep your stamp clean by wiping it with a damp cloth after use. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For self-inking stamps, re-ink when impressions become faint.
