How do I place an order?

Simply place your order and complete payment, then email us your artwork (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS or SVG) along with your order number. We’ll send you a proof to review (1-4 days) before printing. If we can’t create a design you’re happy with, we’ll refund you in full.

What file formats do you accept for custom designs?

We accept high-resolution image files including PNG, JPG, PDF, and vector files (AI, EPS, SVG). For best results, please provide vector files or high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI).

How long does production take?

Standard production time is 3-7 business days after design approval. Rush orders may be available - please contact us for details.

What is the delivery time?

Our standard shipping timeframe is 1–2 weeks for most products.
For custom signage, production and delivery typically take 3–4 weeks due to the extra design and manufacturing steps involved.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I see a proof before production?

Yes! We'll send you a digital proof for approval before we start production. Please review it carefully as changes cannot be made once production begins.

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please review your design proof carefully before approving.
