At It's A Sign, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order due to a defect or error on our part, we're here to help with returns and refunds according to the policy outlined below.
Important Notice
We do not accept returns due to change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing. Returns are only accepted for defective items or errors made by us.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
Eligible Items for Return
- Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival
- Items that are significantly different from what was described
- Items sent in error by us
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased due to change of mind
- Custom or personalized products
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Items returned after 30 days
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at hello@itsasign.co with your order number and reason for return
- Provide photos if the item is defective or damaged
- We'll assess your request and provide return instructions if approved
- Package the item securely with the return authorization number
- Send the item to our return address (provided in return instructions)
Return Shipping
For defective items or our errors, we'll cover return shipping costs. For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
- Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement for a defective item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
